1. Booking and Payments

1.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made through our website, official email, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered preliminary until full payment has been received and confirmed.
1.2. Full Payment: To confirm your tour, full payment (100% of the total tour price) is required at the time of booking. We will issue an official booking confirmation and receipt once the payment has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Cancellation by the Client: Cancellations must be made in writing (email). Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions, calculated from the total amount paid:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: You will receive a 80% refund. (A 20% cancellation fee applies).
  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund. (A 50% cancellation fee applies).
  • Cancellation 14 days or less before departure, or “no-show”: No refund will be issued.

2.2. Cancellation by the Company: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your tour to a later date or provide a full 100% refund.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change or modify the itinerary due to local conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances for the safety and well-being of our clients. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Traveler’s Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry and obtaining any necessary visas.
  • Informing us of any health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions in writing at the time of booking.
  • Obtaining comprehensive personal travel insurance.
  • Following the instructions of your guide at all times to ensure safety.

5. Limitation of Liability

GotoLombok and its employees will act with the utmost care for your safety. However, we are not liable for any illness, injury, death, loss of personal items, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur during the tour. Travel involves a degree of risk and clients participate at their own risk.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
